It is a very important topic for most of the individuals because obviously, everyone wants to financially support himself and doesn't want to give more load to his parents.
In Australia, you have 3 options to work,
  1. Cash in Hand: Here employer will give you money in hand. So you don't have to worry about the taxes.
  2. You can opt for tax file number, you have to pay taxes in advance for the full year.
  3. You can opt for Australian business number, you can work as a freelancer, you have to pay your taxes at the end of the year.
In Germany and Australia, both the countries it is very easy to find part-time jobs. The only drawback in Germany is that it will be difficult for you if you don't know the German language.

The minimum wage in Australia is around 17 Dollars per Hour, whereas in Germany it is 8.85 euros per hour. So in both countries, it is good.

4. Living Environment

The weather is changing every time in Australia but mostly it will be sunny. Whereas in Germany, you will find most of the time its raining or cold.

People in Germany do not open up that easily, they are a little bit cold from nature. But in Australia, people open up with you no matter what background you come from. I am not saying that you can't make German friends but yeah its little bit difficult.

So these were my views on Studying in Australia vs Germany. From my point of view, Both the countries are good, Germany has a bit more advantage.
