You think that finding a part-time job in Germany tuff? Not really. If you are a student then you are allowed to work only 20 hours per week maximum and if you have semester vacations than you can work 40 hours per week. If you don't follow these rules you will be in trouble. 
I will mention some points for how and where one can get a part-time job in Germany.

1. University's Notice Boards

The best and easiest way to find a part-time job is through University's notice boards. You can find all kinds of Jobs here, also you can post a service there. For eg: If you know Hindi, then you can teach Hindi to students or families of students who are interested in. 

2. Google Maps

You can find jobs near you through google maps, as many firms or shops put them online.  Or another option is that you can search for the firms which provide the work you are interested in near you and can contact them to ask that whether they have some part-time job or not.

3. E-Bay

In Germany, E-Bay is like a giant for everything, there you can find jobs also, go to categories > Jobs > Part time. Here you will see advertisements regarding every type of job, you can message them, or call them. 

4. TeilZeit Jobs on Google

Go to google, and search for TeilZeit jobs, you will get thousands of results on different sites like indeed, freelancer etc.

5. Notices in Supermarket

You can find notices regarding jobs in supermarkets. So next time you visit a supermarket keep your eyes open for such notices. 

So these were some places, from where you can find a part-time job. Getting a job in Germany is very easy but the only barricade is language if you know the German language well then finding jobs for you will be just a cakewalk. I am not saying that if you don't know German then you will not get jobs, but it will be very difficult for you. As in almost every part-time job, you will need to interact with people and most of them will speak German.
